这道料理是我之前看烹饪节目学的。我把它称为‘差不多’日式烧饼,哈哈!因为我所准备的材料都是以我个人喜好,这个一点,那个一点,面粉,鸡蛋,盐,胡椒粉,都是agak - agak放的。
材料和调味料:包菜 - 半粒切小片,墨鱼/花枝 - 2只切成条状,三文鱼 - 大概1片切成小块,蒜末- 1大汤匙,大葱(一定要用黄色的会比较甜)-半粒切碎,鸡蛋- 5粒,面粉- 大概5大汤匙,鲣鱼碎 - 大概用手抓一把,mayonnaise - 量多或少全以个人喜好,盐- 1小汤匙, 胡椒粉 - 适量。
以上的材料,可供煎两片烧饼。
做法:
- 把切好的包菜,放入冰水里泡一泡,取出滤干水份。放入一个大碗中,再把墨鱼,三文鱼,蒜末,大葱,面粉,鸡蛋,盐和胡椒粉放入,一起搅拌至均匀。
- 开小火,平底锅加入少许油,倒入一半烧饼糊进锅里,然后推平,煎至熟,再翻过来把另一面煎熟即可。
- 在烧饼上,放上鲣鱼碎和mayonnaise就完成了。

I ate once in my Japanese friend house, very delicous, and all ingrediants are my favorite too. I remembered she add difference kind of sauce on the topping but not mayonis, but I dont the sauce name.

ooo... I love Okonomiyaki! There's a shop in KL selling this by a real Japanese lady. But it's selling more n more expensive now :(
